Glom 1.8.3 Save export data no promp if file exist

 Export: Offer File overwrite confirmation.

 Call Gtk::FileChooser::set_do_overwrite_confirmation() so the user is
 warned when overwriting a file.

I will merge that to the Glom 1.8 branch and make a new tarball and PPA release soon.

That's in the Glom 1.8.10 tarball, and a package of that for Ubuntu Intrepid is now in the Openismus PPA.
