[karmic x86_64] first launch of amarok tries to install libk3b3-extracodecs which isn't available

Bug Description
When Amarok is first launched in Kubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala 64bit, kdesudo window comes up asking user to enter password to execute:
install-package --install libmp3lame0 libtunepimp5-mp3 libk3b3-extracodecs libavcodec-
Because I didn't want the flashplugin-

Package libk3b3-extracodecs is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
libk3b6-
E: Package libk3b3-extracodecs has no installation candidate

This is an issue with the extras notifier of update- notifier- kde. The fix is quite simple, and I've committed to bzr for the next release.
