Bug Description

Binary package hint: dvdstyler

Ubuntu release : 9.04
Package version : 1.7.2-0ubuntu1

In dvdstyler I generate the DVD + the image ISO. I expect a DVD of size close to 3 Gb. The option 'don t remove temporary generation file' is set. So I expect an iso image about 3.0 Gb but instead I have a ISO image of 4.8 Gb.
The amount of 'temporary files' is 1.8 Gb.

The problem seems to be that DVD generated and temporary file are in the same dir.

In my case the command for genertae iso image is : mkisofs -V "DVD_festival2009" -o "/home/nico/festival2009.iso" -dvd-video "/home/nico/temp/dvdstyler/dvd", but in dir /home/nico/temp/dvdstyler/dvd I have the temporary file + the VIDEO_TS/AUDIO_TS dirs . So mkisofs take DVD dirs + temporary files.

it's already fixed in actual beta version, and will be fixed in 1.7.3

  * New upstream release:

    allow me to remove all lintian's override files.

    - Adjust dvdstyler-data short description to make lintian happy.
    - dvdstyler Replaces old dvdstyler-data runtime.
    - Don't build-depend on patch.
  * debian/rules:
    - Turn off DH_VERBOSE.
    - Don't build with -j option, it doesn't work.
    - Don't install doc files twice.
    - A bit of clean up.
  * debian/patches/genisoimage.diff:
    - Use genisoimage instead of mkisofs.
  * Update debian/copyright.
