Binary package hint: pbuilder

During the last merge setting the CHROOT variable in pbuilder-satisfydepends-checkparams got lost which broke pbuilder-satisfydepends-gdebi as it needs to know there the current chroot is located.

  * pbuilder-satisfydepends-checkparams:
    Re-add the CHROOT variable which got lost during the merge.
    It's needed for pbuilder-satisfydepends-gdebi to work (lp: #384284).
