NewUserNotif Extension not included anymore....

Bug Description

It seems in the past the the extension NewUserNotif was included with either mediawiki or mediawiki-extensions. With Jaunty it seems to be missing. It broke my wikis.

The work around is to go to http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:New_User_Email_Notification and download it and put it in the extensions directory.

I’m working on it in Debian (pkg-mediawiki Team) to (re-?)include it.
