Bug Description

Binary package hint: xubuntu-artwork

this is another entry on my wishlist (i guess for karmic): it would be nice if the (at the moment very neutral) theme for the gnome-screensaver lock-screen would match the rest of the desktop.
i think it would make the visual appearance of xubuntu even more consistent. (maybe something that matches the gdm-theme would be nice.)

Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work, I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here. Thanks for taking the time to make Ubuntu better!

I'm assigning the bug report to the concerned theme, Albatross. We partly fixed it by writing a .Xdefaults file (that I still have to upload to our repository), but there is a limitation to what we can do: the lock dialog's logo can not be removed or changed, unfortunately.

Woops, will be added in xubuntu-default-settings instead, since it's a config file.

affects: xubuntu-artwork (Ubuntu) → xubuntu-default-settings (Ubuntu)
