Bug Description
When i click "Save image As..", Show the Dialog "Save Image", and I press "Save" button and if the file allready exist, show "Confirm" Dialog, and if I chose "No" button, the 2 dialog disapear..
1) but this is wrong, only the "Confirm" dialog must disapear..
2) If have more one window of firefox open, and I chose the "No" button of the "Confirm" Dialog, will focus the other windows of firefox...
