Bug Description

At the end of the installation of both Mythbuntu 8.10 and 9.04, it ejects the CD and then there is a text prompt that says to remove the CD and press enter, but you cannot read this text because only the progress/splash screen is visible. I only noticed that this was the case because after waiting a few minutes, I pressed several keys and then when I hit enter, I noticed the text flash up on the screen.

Obviously, it would be best if it could just recognize that the drive bay was closed, but if that is not possible, then a visible prompt to press enter would be acceptable.

This should be showing up on the usplash actually. If it's not, that's where the bug is.

  [ Nick Fox ]
  * Fix alert text colors (LP: #351944)

  [ Mario Limonciello ]
  * Merge the theme source file w/ the Ubuntu theme.
  * Drop the progressbar.
  * Drop the word Mythbuntu from the theme. Just show a logo now.
