Bug Description

Binary package hint: charm

Please sync my package charm from Debian sid main .
the full package name and version is charm_1.9.1-1 and it only requires changes in the changelog for Ubuntu entry (only the distribution name)
Please drop the current package of charm in Jaunty for the one in Debian as the one in Jaunty lacks python-feedparser as a dependency and cleans the rules file to better conform to Python policy.

Also this package needs changing for the python2.6 transition.

A bunch of files are installed into usr/local - maybe for Ubuntu you need to add --install-layout=deb to setup.py

Here is the requested debdiff to to fix building in usr/local, thanks for pointing this out to me. pbuilder shows a lot more info than dpkg-buildpackage :)
