Please, sponsor bug-buddy 2.26.0 into jaunty

thank you for your work there, debian repackage the tarball because of the convert_UTF.* license though we should probably do the same there

So, new bzr version pushed and I attached the .orig.tar.gz here.
You just have to copy it in the parent directory of you bzr branch.

This bug was fixed in the package bug-buddy - 2.26.0+dfsg-0ubuntu1
