apport package hook should gather gconf values

Bug Description

Binary package hint: compiz

It'd be useful if the apport package hook were to gather gconf values for compiz so we can determine what plugins are in use and what settings are.

Additionally, it's possible that compiz crashed and the reporter has rebooted and then receives information about the crash report so Xorg.0.log wouldn't cover the crash but Xorg.0.log.old would. So the latter should be gathered also.

  * auto add gnomecompat if its missing (LP: #331556)
