Can not set preferences when in Local front-end mode

Bug Description
When using Lottanzb in Local front-end mode, the Preferences menu-item is disabled. Setting the applications property: Start in tray mode can not be set.
Workaround: Start LottaNZB in standalone mode, set the preferences, switch back to Local front-end mode.
