Bug Description
The environment variables defined in /etc/default/sfcb aren't properly exported before the sfcb start-stop-daemon call.
This result in most of those parameters being totally ignored, and SFCB debug tracing to be unusable.
Solution is to add the proper "export" line to /etc/init.d/sfcb. See attached patch for details.
