Was just install todays updates when I got that error.

Fix committed to bzr for next upload to Kubuntu 9.04.
This fix should probably be backported to the Intrepid packages.

  * New upstream release:
    - Bump build-depends in debian/control
    - Update kdesdk-scripts.install and lokalize.install for new files
  * Add conflicts/replaces on kdesdk (<= 4:4.1.4) to kdesdk-dev (LP: #333467)
  * Make lokalize depend on libqt4-sql-sqlite (LP: #326786)
