[merge request]Please merge tellico 1.3.5-1 (universe) from Debian unstable

Hi,

Why is the new Build-Depends on libarts-dev needed? Kubuntu is currently
trying to remove arts from Jaunty, so the addition of this dependency would
not help there.

If was FTBFS because of missing mcopidl.
Changed the new dependency by a param in rules to get rid of arts library.

(In the future please generate diffs with «diff -ruN», else they are very difficult to read.)

I've successfully added an album, got the description from internet and saved the collection.
I also successfully saved and restored the collection.

Here is a screenshot with the application running (after adding an album)

nothing too scary there, no rdepends outside of package -> ACK #1 from me.

Indeed, it looks like science-typesetting only suggests tellico. Nothing to worry about.
