Update: update edit sources patch to reduce user confusion

Bug Description

The current patch left the "Origin of Sources" section visible, but the Edit Software Sources button accomplishes the same thing in a more complete way.

This patch updates the original patch and also hides the Origin of Sources group box from the user. As a side consequence, the button was moved to the KPackageKit Settings group box.

The original patch/change is located in (closed) bug #325846.

  * Also corrected the fact that software-properties-kde never
    refreshed the sources after editing.
