Bug Description

Binary package hint: lighttpd

It would be nice for lighttpd to have a default set of firewall configs for the Ubuntu UFW firewall, just like apache does. See: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuFirewall#Package%20Integration

This patch includes some basic profiles for lighttpd in ufw. It's pretty much the same as the apache2-common profiles (80, 443, 80+443), but renamed to avoid name clashes.
