Bug Description

This issue pops up on ubuntu-server (dapper):

moin 1.5 should require or at least suggest python-xml in order for the "Render As DocBook" feature to work "out-of-the-box".

As it stands now if you install moin and try to use the "Render As DocBook" feature you get an error message. A simple

sudo apt-get install python-xml

on ubuntu-server fixes it but since this is a standard feature of moin, it should be installed by default.
