Bug Description

Binary package hint: partman-md

Sorry, I haven't the time to dig much deeper in this one at the moment...

Using today's Jaunty alpha2 64bit server iso, I'm trying to install to a RAID1.

I create the RAID partitions. I then try to configure RAID, and partman reports that it cannot find any devices marked for Linux RAID autodetect.

I'm also seeing this problem with the Jaunty alpha2 64bit alternative ISO.

I've reproduced this. At least part of the problem seems to be that partconf is built against an old libparted ABI (easy to fix), but there may be other problems too.
