Bug Description

A warning or error should be raised if the dbuser parameter is not passed to initZopeless. This warning is currently disabled.

There are a number of call sites that are still connecting as the
'launchpad' user. These need:
    - database users created with permissions on the required tables
       (security.cfg work),
    - Entries added in launchpad.conf specifying what user to connect as
    - This user being passed as an argument to initZopeless
