according to description: Burning is achived by third party software (k3b)

there is no dependency on k3b package (recommends/suggests)

 Thank you for taking your time to make Ubuntu better distro. You are right, dvd95 could at least suggest installing burning software. Im confirming this problem.

I have included this patch in my upgrade for dvd95. This bug should be fixed when Bug #296581 is.
