[8.10] some Chinese characters are missing in the language selection screen

Bug Description

Binary package hint: debian-installer

In the languages selection screen, the entries for Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese are lacking two Chinese characters: it should be 简体 and 繁體 respectively. Please see the attached screenshot of the faulty entries.

Thanks for your report. I think this is because the font build process doesn't include /usr/share/localechooser/languagelist.data.gz in its calculations of which characters to include.

We're going to need to reupload d-i for the new kernel anyway, so it shouldn't be too difficult to fix this at the same time.

Fixed in bzr. I've compared the resulting unifont.bdf files before and after and this change adds precisely those two characters.
