console-screen script incompatible with upstart

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kbd

In /etc/init.d/console-screen.kbd.sh, the consoles list (kept in LIST_CONSOLES) is retrieved using inittab.

This causes inability to set consoles font using /etc/kbd/config.

I've included a patch. I'm not sure this is the standard way to do this, but it works ;)

Is this important at all? We only still include that script because it's easier to leave it there than to delete it; normal Ubuntu systems should have console-setup installed, and should use /etc/default/console-setup to configure the font.

This bug was fixed in the package kbd - 1.14.1-4ubuntu3

---------------
kbd (1.14.1-4ubuntu3) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Depend on console-setup, and remove /etc/init.d/console-screen.kbd.sh;
    we now only support systems using console-setup and so it no longer
    serves a purpose (LP: #282216).
