Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

To reproduce:
Right click on desktop and click Add Widgets
In the Add Widget window, click on the Help button (?) on top right side and then click anywhere on the desktop or the Widget list. You would get this box:

Clicking on the link "send us your own Whats This help" has no effect.

Tested on: Kubuntu KDE4.1.2 Intrepid Beta

We really appreciate your awesome testing of plasma, but again, please attach screenshots to the Launchpad bug report instead of using 3rd party servers.
