git-send-email misses dependency to libnet-smtp-ssl-perl

Bug Description

Binary package hint: git-core

in order to use git-send-email with smtp authentication via ssl (--smtp-ssl), it needs the Net/SMTP/SSL.pm. if it is not provided, one gets the message:

Can't locate Net/SMTP/SSL.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/share/perl/5.8.8 /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /usr/bin/git-send-email line 637.

the specific package is provided in libnet-smtp-ssl-perl, so i would consider it as useful to add a dependency (not only a recommendation) to libnet-smtp-ssl-perl
