Bug Description
If I upload openoffice.org 3.0-1 to a PPA, discover a stupid typo and upload 3.0-2 10 minutes later, soyuz will quite happily let the 3.0-1 build run to completion instead of aborting it (like wanna-build would, for example). This isn't just a hypothetical example, see the attached screenshot for an example of this in the real world.
