Here is the error:

Unpacking nvidia-glx-71 (from .../nvidia-glx-71_71.86.04-0ubuntu7_i386.deb) ...

There should be proper conflicts in place. You should not be able to install both fglrx and nvidia* in the same machine.

The xorg-driver-fglrx Conflicts are old, they should also list the new nvidia packages.
