Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-notifier
U-n just popped up a notification, with this text:
"The update information is outdated. This may be caused by network problems. Please update manually by clicking on this icon and then selecting 'Check'."

The menu however, contains the "Check for updates" item, so the notification should use this.
