Bug Description
Ubuntu 8.04, all updates installed
1. In Firefox's address field, enter "apt:libc6" (without quotes).
What happens: An error alert appears, saying "Package 'libc6' is already installed", with a "Close" button.
What should happen: An information alert saying "The package “libc6” is already installed", with an "OK" button.
So, three things to fix: (1) the icon, (2) the alert text, (3) the button text.

I've fixed this in the linked branch. About the button, I think "Close" is more appropriate (and afaik that's what the HIG recommends, but I might be wrong).
