fcheck should include logcheck ignore files, e.g.:

/etc/logcheck/ignore.d.server/fcheck
^\w{3} [ :0-9]{11} \w+ fcheck: "INFO: Rebuild of the fcheck database /var/lib/fcheck/fcheck\.dbf begun for \w+ using config file /etc/fcheck/fcheck\.cfg"

I have added a logcheck rule in the latest version of this package (uploaded to Debian unstable).
