Bug Description

Hi,

Non-privileged operations don't work in MIC:

% image-creator --version
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/image-creator", line 53, in <module>
    sdk = SDK.SDK()
  File "/usr/share/pdk/lib/SDK.py", line 146, in __init__
    os.mkdir(self.config_path)
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/lib/moblin-image-creator/projects'

This bug was fixed in the package moblin-image-creator - 0.44+repack-0ubuntu6

  * Add simple-patchsys; build-dep on cdbs.
  * Cleanup rules.
  * get-orig-source is PHONY.
  * New patch, 60_var-lib-projects, fixes creation of projects dir;

  * Wrap build-deps and deps.
  * Bump up Standards-Version to 3.7.3.
  * New patch, 61_skip-usr-share-projects, skip compat projects dir if it
    doesn't exist.

Retest image-creator --version in MIC v0.45,it works well.So verify this bug and change to "Fix released".
