Yelp can't display the index of manpages and info

Assigning to the yelp source package. This way the bug will get more developer attention.

This problem is still in yelp 2.22.1.

This seems to be due to the ubuntu-layout-changes. The 2.22.1-package from debian does not show this behavior, using the toc2html.xsl from the debian-package for ubuntu-yelp displays man and info indices, too (of course not in the advanced-topics category but in main-index).

toc2html.xsl from gutsy-package on hardy-yelp works, too, even with the correct section-assignments.

These lines seem to make the difference. 04_new_ubuntu_layout.patch seems to remove a few lines too much :-)

This bug was fixed in the package yelp - 2.22.1-0ubuntu2
