Bug Description

The armhf autopkgtest environment uses LXD containers rather than VMs. Running the trace-utest autopkgtest in this environment will lead to permission errors (cannot read /sys/kernel/tracing). The test should be adapted to be skippable under certain conditions, and/or should require isolation-machine.

Example: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-noble/noble/armhf/t/trace-cmd/20240407_051027_7dd6a@/log.gz
