Bug Description

Xubuntu ships gtksourceview themes for gtksourceview 2, 3, 4.

There is now a gtksourceview 5 for GTK4 apps like GNOME Text Editor and GNOME Builder.

It looks like it's pretty easy to adapt to gtksourceview 5. I took a look at https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/tree/master/gtksourceview and diff'd the files in the two directories. Only the header information has changed.
