Binary package hint: squirrelmail

Currently, squirrelmail is unusable when installed fresh on a hardy system. There was a small upgrade done with the debian packages that solves this. It fixes bugs...

For example, if you install squirrelmail on a system that has never seen it before, and then try to run squirrelmail-configure, you get an odd error about config.php, which makes no sense.

Current version in Hardy: 2:1.4.13-1
Current version in Debian (Testing and Unstable): 2:1.4.13-2
