qtdmm (0.8.12-2) unstable; urgency=low
* Introduced quilt.
* Added patch by Barry deFreese to remove
dependency on qt3 compatibility headers (Closes: #464806).

Remaining Changes:
- Install desktop file and icon in correct path.
- Added to the .desktop file some fixes and cleaned it up a bit
- fixing a lintian warning about a bad use of distclean by using
[ ! -f Makefile ] || $(MAKE) instead of -$(MAKE) distclean.
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-

Please move the desktop file changes to a proper patch to make merging easier, ultimately you would propose it for inclusing into debian.
Also the long description is not all correct QT = QuickTime ... therefore it should be Qt I guess ;-)
