drop builds for grub-efi-amd64 platform on i386

We dropped it from the building list but keeping that in the delta makes merging harder so I think we're just gonna stay with it being removed from the i386 allowlist for 2.12.

Ah I noticed this was left in the changelog for 2.12~rc1-4ubuntu1 by accident so it will get to fix released eventually, sorry.

This bug was fixed in the package grub2-unsigned - 2.12~rc1-4ubuntu1
