Bug Description
It appears that they need to be installed in an additional directory: /usr/share/
ls /usr/share/
xubuntu-dark.xml xubuntu-light.xml Yaru-dark.xml Yaru.xml
ls /usr/share/
classic.xml cobalt.xml kate.xml oblivion.xml solarized-dark.xml solarized-light.xml styles.rng tango.xml Yaru-dark.xml Yaru.xml
