Bug Description

crmsh/4.3.1-1ubuntu1 is currently blocking pacemaker/2.1.2-1ubuntu3 migration in jammy because the pacemaker-basic-resource.sh DEP-8 test is missing a dependency on resource-agents-extra, which contains the ocf:heartbeat:IPv6addr resource.
