[SRU] tracking bug for combined plasma LTS 5.18.6 & 5.18.7 & 5.18.8 bugfix updates for Focal

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it, but 5.18.7 plasma-workspace package was shipped with a bug.
Lock Screen fails to initialize properly and gives no way to unlock the screen.

Fixed version 5.18.7.1 must be shipped instead.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Have been testing these in the last week by:

(1) Running focal on a dual boot laptop to do the things I do not need a more recent version for.
(2) Testing as many of the bugfix cases as I can reasonably reproduce.

On (1) I have not noticed any obvious regressions, or behaviour changes that were not expected.

On (2) all seem to fix what they say they did with no apparent adverse side effect.

So from my perspective, things look good.
