Bug Description

With the move to irc.libera.chat by Ubuntu, KDE and other FOSS projects, the default network in preferences should be switched to this.

[Impact]

 * Without this change Konversation on 1st use will offer to connect to a network ubuntu no longer uses and to a channel on that network (#kubuntu) that no longer exists.

[Test Plan]

 * Start Konversation for the 1st time, and check that it offers to connect to #kubuntu on Libera.chat
 * Check that the connection can be made and works.
 * Check that on an existing profile where konversation was configured to connect to another network, that the updated package does not change/interfere with the previous setup,

[Where problems could occur]

 * Could possibly impact existing profile setting for konversation

[Other Info]

 * konnversation profile data/settings can be found in ~/.config/konversationrc & ~/.local/share/konversation/

Accepted konversation into hirsute-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/konversation/20.12.3-0ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Worked for me in Ubuntu impish with the Konversation installed from the kubuntu-desktop metapackage :)

Tested on Hirsute. I confirm the proposed fix works.

Note:
I had started konversation before update, to check the defaults. It was showing 'Freenode' as default (expected). However, even after update, the default was freenode (probably also expected). I deleted `~/.config/konversationrc` file and then re-launched application. This time it showed 'Libera Chat' as default and able to connect as well.

The ~/.local/share/konversation only contained logs so did not touch it.
