Bug Description

Facebook Wedge BMC detection uses dmidecode to determine if commissioning is running on a supported switch. dmidecode only supports x86. When run on non-x86 architectures this causes 30-maas-01-bmc-config to fail. This wasn't caught before because Facebook Wedge BMC detection is only run if IPMI wasn't detected first. All non-x86 machines in our CI have an IPMI BMC. This is causing commissioning to fail on IBM Z.
