This bug was fixed in the package pdns-recursor - 3.1.4-5ubuntu1

  * debian/patches/large_txt_records_fix.dpatch:
    - added to fix the TXT record bug.
      (LP: #191506)
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
