Accepted mutter into groovy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/3.38.2-1ubuntu1~20.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

i can confirm that mutter 3.38.2 fixes the issue, however i manually build the package ~3 weeks ago from mutter 3.38.2 when raising https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1906736 instead of using the new package from the repo.

All the linked bugs are verified for groovy now.
