Enable proposed and do apt dist-upgrade. Micmute hotkey can now mute microphone.

Same as #6, enable -proposed and dist-upgrade, now the system can map the atkbd event to micmute hotkey.

This bug was fixed in the package systemd - 237-3ubuntu10.45
