Bug Description
The updated design for the Pod list adds a cell with the number of unique owners of machines in that pod. This is easily calculated on the front end but it requires fetching all machines first, which could take a while depending on the number of machines.
It would probably be better to have an `owners_count` field returned from the websocket, similar to `composed_
