Bug Description

As usual before an LTS release add backports of recent upstream fixes to further stabilize the packages right from the beginning since they will be available for a long time.

Identified (if we really will use it depends on applicability)

991c56105d lxc: Fix segfault when lxc.network does not start with 'type'
bd622e2a21 qemu: do not revert to NULL bandwidth

879e9db194 testutils: check return value of g_setenv
9bf9e0ae6a qemuDomainGetStatsIOThread: Don't leak array with 0 iothreads
215b5daf43 m4: libxl: properly fail when libxl is required
3f8b57a61f qemu: save/restore original error when recovering from failed bridge attach
d8b4f70e1e virDomainFSDefFree: Unref private data
6d371d92f8 qemuTestParseCapabilitiesArch: Free @binary
6801ad1624 bhyve: command: remove unused includes

46e16b553d tests: fix double unlock of monitor in hotplug test
ea903036fa (upstream/master, upstream-push/master) security: Try harder to run transactions

P.S. libvirt has no stable releases, that is a selection of patches that contain crash/fix/resolves isolated to those that do not fix code that as added after 6.0 (minus those we already had applied and those which too much appear to be a new feature).
