Bug Description
Running a simple "update-initramfs -u" in a system with kmod version 26+20191223-
will result into a bunch of:
depmod: ERROR: ../libkmod/
errors. That happens because:
modinfo prints an error message if modules.builtin.bin is missing and it was fixed upstream (Debian) in:
commit 835d584

mkinitramfs: Copy modules.builtin.bin into initramfs
modinfo now prints an error message if modules.builtin.bin (created
by depmod) is missing. Copy it in early if it's present.
