Please merge python-qt4 4.3.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Fixed what I could figure out.

This bug was fixed in the package python-qt4 - 4.3.3-2ubuntu1

  * Dropped change (was undocumented):
    - Once again include mainloop/qt_d.so in python-qt4-dbus-dbg (LP: #182145)

  * Override LFLAGS from qmake-qt4, libqt4-dev 4.3.3-1 changed
    from -Wl,--as-needed to -Wl,--no-undefined. This lead
