removal of various autopilot packages

updated and fixed autopilot-gtk that removes the deps on python2 version of autopilot

still build-depends on python-evdev and python-gi, which are going to be removed.

Unsubscribing ~ubuntu-sponsors, as there does not seem to be anything to sponsor here right now.

still build-depends on python-evdev - we will have to remove autopilot-gtk as it didn't build for two releases now (F+G).

Fixable with a new upload that resolves the dependency issues.
